At this time we have no extra charges for early check in or late check out. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival receive a 60% refund from total rental. Cancellations within 30 days will not receive any refund. Airport Transfers arranged : $NZ16 Nett retail ( Not Commissionable) incl. Tax per person both ways.
